Children under 18 are accepted as patients. Any adult who needs dental care MUST be a current patient of FCHC’s Medical team. We currently accept adult patients with a referral from their FCHC primary care physician on a limited basis. Dental services include cleanings, extractions, partials and full dentures. Staff provide referrals should a specialist be needed to meet a patient’s specific oral health needs. Thorough exams and x-rays are conducted at each initial visit.We accept Medicaid, private insurance plans (call to confirm), and offer a sliding fee scale where the cost of treatment is determined by your income and family size.
