This year, GSLDS once again sponsored a coloring contest to celebrate National Children’s Dental Health Month. We were thrilled to receive so many excellent entries and even words of praise for how much the children enjoyed the activity. 

Our Grand Prize winner was Ceci Kemlage (10-11 age group), the granddaughter of one of our member dentists, Dr. Thomas Kemlage. Her work is featured as our cover art this issue! Winners in the other age groups are as follows (pictured clockwise at right): Eliana H. (4-5yrs), Connor H. (6-7yrs), Ceci K. (10-11 yrs), and Maddie (8-9yrs). Congratulations to all of our winners! Each received $25 for their winning artwork. 

Our NCDHM mascot, Mr. Shiny Tooth, loved all the wonderful entries and enjoyed picking out his favorites. Thanks to all the kids who celebrated National Children's Dental Health Month and participated in our coloring contest.
